However, in order to process these and future orders, we still need some data for our customer file.

In addition, the Chem Verbots VO requires us to have the purchaser confirm the permitted use of the products in the delivery of substances and preparations that are subject to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance in Section 3 (2).

Section 3 (2)
... is known to the sender or has been confirmed by the purchaser,
that this is the substances and preparations

resell as a trader or
b) wants to use as a final customer in a permitted manner, and no clues
exist for unauthorized resale or use.

In order to fulfill these obligations, we would like to ask you to fill out the enclosed form and send it back to us so that your order can be processed.

Since we are unable to check all incoming orders,
we only record customers in our file whether one of the items ordered is subject to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, who can prove their commercial activity and confirm the proper commercial use of the items ordered from us by their legally binding Unterschrifte on the form.

Please note that we will charge freight for your order.

For orders smaller than EUR 150.00 excl. VAT, an additional small order fee of EUR 18.50 excl. VAT will be charged due to the increased processing effort.
